Installation of a new pumping system at the wastewater treatment plant in Będzin

As part of the project, we constructed a new pumping system in the main pumping station at the wastewater treatment plant for the Municipal Water and Sewerage Company in Będzin.

A 110 kW horizontal dry-installed pump, together with DN 500 pipework and industrial valves, provides a capacity of 2,500 m³/h at a head of 11 m, allowing approximately 40 tonnes of wastewater to be pumped per minute.

The installation is designed to protect the treatment plant during intense rainfall events and provide flood protection.
