‘Refurbishment of the power supply system for the 400 V main switchgear and visualisation of this equipment in the SCADA system at the wastewater treatment plant at 27 Motokrosowa Street in Cieszyn’ — Stage II
The scope of the contract included:
- Preparation of the electrical, control and lighting installation diagrams for the 400 V main switchgear building, which contains a transformer station with two TAOA 1000, 15/0.4 kV transformers rated at 1,000 kVA and supplied via two busbar bridges, serving the entire wastewater treatment plant.
- Refurbishment of the electrical cabinets and installed equipment, including dismantling of the old switchboards and installation of new switchboards for Sections 1 and 2. The switchboards were equipped with two 1,600 A main disconnectors, a 1,600 A bus-coupler circuit breaker between the sections, and the equipment required for correct switchgear operation, together with wiring, busbar bridges and an automatic transfer switching system.
- Installation of electrical lighting, 230 V socket-outlet circuits and emergency lighting throughout the 400 V main switchgear building.
- Construction of a fire protection system.
- Implementation of a complete equipment control and 400 V main switchgear visualisation system based on PLCs, an operator panel and M-Bus digital communication.
